Always so professional and prices are so reasonable
First visit with Dr Patel. She is wonderful! She took time to explain things that were never explained to me before. I didn’t feel rushed. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful.
TAMARA is amazing!!! I came to the office for my daughter's appointment and for personal reasons was nervous about the experience. Tamara went above and beyond to show empathy and kindness to me and my daughter. Ultimately, my daughter needed her first pair of classes. Tamara helped us through the process and showed us glasses that we love. She explained what shape would look best, encouraged taking photos to help make our choice, and she was 100% accurate!!! My family’s experience with Dr. Balda was great. Since he sold the practice and Dr. Patel has taken over, ugh. I wanted to be able to give her a good review. My husband gave her several chances. At the first appointment, my husband just needed a checkup and maybe an updated prescription for glasses and contacts. He’s over 50 now, so she prescribed progressive lenses. Veronica is extremely rude. I asked to speak to the office manager, Tamara (very kind and helpful), Veronica demanded to know the reason for the call. When I explained that it's a follow-up conversation and personal, she continued to demand more details. Because I wouldnt share more details (again it was personal), she hung up in me!!
