I have absolutely loved my experience at MyEyeDr! We have been coming here for years and they every worker is so kind and helpful! They helped me find the glasses I needed and fixed many pairs of glasses I have had! Thank you to this amazing crew!!
Been going here for 20 something years and just went for an eye exam and was 5 min late and receptionist was so rude! She told me i had to wait now for someone who came early or reschedule. Not the way you treat dedicated patients!!
I called my eye doctor on a Saturday morning not knowing if someone would pick up and Meredith answered the phone. I explained to her that my nose guard on my sunglasses had broken and I was hoping to get it replaced for a baseball game I would be attending that afternoon. Meredith went all out to find a nose guard for my sunglasses and with a lot of digging she was able to find one that would work. I can't speak highly enough of her customer service and the way she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.
I had been going to this place for a while but their customer service and administrative system is what made me not come back here anymore. They scheduled me for an appointment to look at a vein in my eye and when I got to the appointment they told me they had overbooked me and they didnt have anymore appointments.
