I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going to the Lake Zurich location for about as long as I can remember, and continue to come as an adult. The staff is so friendly, and the new doctor (Dr. Patel) is thorough and answers any questions I have. My personal Rockstar is Tamara! My favorite part of coming here is "going shopping" with her. Very upset I was charged today for $300 glasses after I clearly said I wasn’t ordering any today. Unprofessional.
The lady who runs the office is terrible. She really needs to find a job that makes her happy. I have been at this office for 20+ years she is one of the reasons I'm leaving.
Got my contacts here and have no issues with them. During my appointment they convinced me to get glasses which I didn’t really want in the first place and still to this day I am unable to wear them because they hurt my eyes and give me headaches. Even after multiple times of coming into the store and having the lenses adjusted they are still problematic and they just sit in a drawer unable to be worn.
