I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Rozelle. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, and they got me in and out in a very timely manner. This was my first examination in over 15 years, and the process was so smooth and seamless. Shelly helped me to get fitted up with some lenses, and made the checkout process a breeze! Everyone was so knowledgeable and well spoken. Definitely a great visit!
I saw Dr. Ayers at the Timberlake office. She was great! Easy to talk to and the exam and contact lens fitting were excellent. The optometric assistant was friendly. Front desk staff are indifferent and acted like they didn't want to be there.
Shelly was very helpful and friendly She has a great personality. She helped me decide on the right glasses.
Simply the best. My entire family goes there and everyone is satisfied. Dr. Ayers is amazing!
