Been going to this office for years and I really enjoy Shelly helping me with my glasses etc. she is nice, professional and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of glasses/sunglasses in stock to view.
Not happy, glasses weren’t adjusted and I had to go back in! They didn’t bother to call me when they were ready! Don’t like the pressure of having to buy my glasses there!
Absolutely terrible experience at this place. The first woman who gave me the drops to dilate my eyes completely missed one of my eyes and only put the drops in one of them so I had one enlarged pupil and the other was normal. I voiced concern to the doctor about that when she came into the room and I was brushed off and told that sometimes that happens and that one eye gets a lot more of the drops than another. I have used MY Eye Doctor (actual name), for several years. The Doctors are efficient, and staff will explain anything to you. While I have not seen the doctors there due to my eye condition, the staff helping to get the right eyeglasses or contacts is top notch. They will check what your insurance covers, and let you know. They will compare any discounts they might be running, with your insurance amounts and let you know which is the lowest cost. I bought two pairs of glasses and a pair of contacts. Contacts were crazy off, was seeing double and trails. First pair of glasses, the plastic frame would stretch out in the matter of weeks and fall off my face. The one time I wasn’t able to catch them while bending over, they feel a short distance onto a hardwood floor. Both lenses broke! Didn’t buy insurance so I was SOL.
