Kisha was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had lots of questions and she answered every single one of them she helped me save money. She was very patient and I really enjoyed working with her yesterday.
Did not feel that time was taken to see if the fit of my 2 pair of new glasses were good
I just I have to say Ms. Sharon, the manager is the best. She was very patient and helped me get what I needed. I had to repair my glasses. She provided the information I needed. The staff here is great and always willing to go above and beyond!! Thank you for all that you do!!!
The only reason I go to this one is the Dr. the rest of the staff really are not customer service oriented. The selection is slim, the timings of the appointment is not held to any close to the time, I bring my whole family here, but if this Dr goes anywhere else, we’re (all 5) are out. Please fix your customer service, you’re making $200-400/ client per visit, you’re not selling a cheap thing. Give us some respect, we’re the paying client.
