Outstanding staff support and patient focused. My mother is deaf and elderly. She participated in the remote exam. Many thanks to Susan for he kindness and patience guiding my mother through the process. She answered all our questions and helped to relieve my mother’s anxiety while reassuring her that she was going well during the exam. Thanks to Quinn and the remote doctor for explaining each step and letting me rephrase the directions so she could understand. Once again thank you!
Well staff always helpful patient knowledgeable And new technology to me @ 70 lowering my resistance to new technology and changes. It was a great new experience. Keeps blood flowing in brain😂 new neuropathways. Really though it was explained clearly every step of the way and still had my 1:1 with Doctor.
Very professional staff. Dr. Vincze was very thorough, knowledgeable and effective and answered all my questions.
The remote exam was much simpler then I expected, would definitely do it again!
