Dr.Peck is experienced and thorough. I highly recommend her if you have an astigmatism. This is my third pair of glasses from this specific location. What sets them apart is their customer service. This round of glasses, I was very indecisive and even requested a new pair of lenses & frames. Brian & his team continued to provide patience & great customer service until I found my perfect pair. Although I live in Dallas and have several locations closer, I highly recommend this specific location. Thank you!
This place was great! Friendly and professional. Genesis was amazing with helping customize my glasses and explaining what was covered. Will definitely recommend this office to everyone!!
I hate to write this review but I’ve been going to see doc Peterson for maybe 25 years now and this past visit everything was normal. Picked out my glasses and was told in about two weeks we will give you a call and mail them to me. I live about a hr south but I love coming to this office so I don’t mind the drive. After about three weeks no call, so I called and they explained that they were damaged in transit or something was wrong with the film so they sent them back. My experience at this ophthalmic clinic was exceptionally positive, characterized by the warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff. The doctor demonstrated both kindness and a high level of informativeness. Furthermore, the selection of eyewear was excellent, enabling me to choose two pairs of glasses. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for your vision care requirements.
It took me over an hour to see the dr. I gave them my insurance information before the appointment and they showed me a paper saying that I owe $10. As I was walking out they said I owed $200 (that’s 20x the original quote. Save yourself and don’t get scammed.
