The emergency answering line is unacceptable in a medical setting. I was just about hung up on trying to leave a message with the answering service lady. She was so rude and to be honest kind of hurt my feelings. I know that sounds silly but goodness ma’am, I’m going through a hard time I need you to be nice to me not mean. Dr. Peterson is my favorite optometrist of all time and I'm pretty old. Brian is my favorite optician of all time. They are both very good at what they do and are always polite. I did not give the office a 5 star rating because of several bad experiences with an optician whose name begins with an R. He makes everything difficult. He tends to respond to questions with a question. Several times he tightened the hinges so tight it was a chore to open and close them. Enjoyed going into this store for the first time. The doctor was knowledgeable and the staff was very helpful in helping me choose glasses.
I feel bad for not writing this review sooner! All too often people are so quick to write the negative and slow to report the positive. This specific location has been wonderful! Always on time for my appointments and Dr Peterson always takes his time to answer my questions without making one feel dumb. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and well taken care of. This place is a class act!
