this place is the worst i have ever been too. i waited a month for my little one glasses to arrive and they never didi. No calls no message about my daughter glasses. after a month of waiting i called to see the status and they happen to give my daughter glasses to some other random kid who is probably out there blinded for wearing my daughter special glasses that she needs . it is very unprofessional to just give glasses to someone random that comes to ask for glasses . then i ask for a supervisor to give me a call and neve... read more
First I didn’t come to the clinic to buy new glasses, I went just for a regular eye exam. The doctor made recommendation and advise me of new prescription. Katherine helped me to select few styles, she was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, but most of all she was very patience with my time to make a decision on what price and style I want to go, she help me with the process and I am happy with my new glasses 🤓, I don’t share a pic cause I will get them in two weeks, I can’t wait ☺️ thank you Katherine!
Catherine was wonderful. Very professional and very helpful. The doctor is always very thorough. Also great experience. They also applied great discounts. My appointment is always on time also.
This is the third year I’ve been coming to MyeyeDr and this year I had a great experience. Denisse was one of the biggest reasons why this time was so good. Well deserved recognition for her work.
I purchased a pair of glasses, no less than four months ago at this location. The staff was great in helping me The frames since they have been discontinued. A screw fell out of them today and I needed a repair. Apparently they didn’t have the special screw in the store and suggested I call around and drive all over Silver Spring to find it.
