I like the staff as they are always so pleasant. But, this is our 4th year coming here and never fails that we have to wait so long to be seen at our scheduled time. Plenty of people walking around and but noone to do our initial exam before the doctor. Today, I have already waited 20 minutes and still waiting....I know they expect me as the patient to be on time. Please respect my time as well. I have a job and other responsibilities. The staff is nice, the Dr. is great, however I have Ins, they told me this that and the other is covered and I only to pay x amount, only got certain things on glasses bc supposedly they were covered and now surprise I got a bill of $300 on top of what I already paid, Other places offer way better discounts for people who have insurance.
The lady is very rude and she was not able to explain my benefits properly. I am charged for a copay while I do not have a copay. I was actually left on hold for so long and the phone hangup on me at the end.
Katherine was amazing. She helped me find the perfect glasses. I did not have my favorite glasses for a long time and now I have!
this place is the worst i have ever been too. i waited a month for my little one glasses to arrive and they never didi. No calls no message about my daughter glasses. after a month of waiting i called to see the status and they happen to give my daughter glasses to some other random kid who is probably out there blinded for wearing my daughter special glasses that she needs . it is very unprofessional to just give glasses to someone random that comes to ask for glasses . then i ask for a supervisor to give me a call and neve... read more
