Amazing staff, great Dr's, I highly recommend!
Worst experience ever. They are now using virtual eye exams where the doctor isn’t even there. My appointment was at 2:00. Two hours later, they were still messing with the new equipment. I walked out without a prescription after being there for almost 3 hours. Go to Walmart Vision Center instead!!!!!
The staff here is very nice, however, the front desk is a joke. I got here 10 mins early told the front desk I had an appointment, and she put me in as a walk in. The tech had no idea I was even here. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The only reason I waited so long was because I needed new contacts and glasses.
Dr. Yuhas was very personable and professional— and absolutely fantastic at explaining every screening test and my results in great detail. His staff was friendly and helpful in every way. They really understood my insurance coverage well, which I appreciated, since it was new to me.
