While the doctor was fantastic and knowledgeable, I can't say the same about the optical team. I purchased a pair of glasses that even with insurance cost a significant amount of money. I got horrible red sores on the bridge of my nose. I was in the office 5 times over the course of a year to have them fixed / adjusted. Once I was told to "just put some ointment on it"! ....Seriously!!! Never once did anyone ofter to make any kind of replacement or mention that these glasses might not be right for me.
