Prices were high, appointments were hard to get, finally got glasses then hated them... no one followed up . Now im stuck with them. 🤨 wont go back.
Ive given a 2 star rating because my past experiences have been just ok. I’ve been a patient of this practice and have routinely received appointment reminders. When I called today with the intention of scheduling a visit, the interaction was unexpectedly difficult. The conversation ended after I was asked, in a noticeably condescending tone, “That’s not state insurance, is it?
