Staff extremely pleasant. Waiting time for service was too long. My appointment was for 9:40AM and the initial exam was at 10:00AM. The Doctor became available at about 10:20AM. While I’ll never want to wait an hour to be seen, it would have been less irritating had there been WIFI.
Will never return to this location.
I've NEVER experienced such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE as I ALWAYS DO with My Eye Doctor in Wilton Manors Florida. I've been going there for atleast 6 years and will NEVER EVER go anywhere else ! Reason being.... LUCAS IS TRULY THE BEST OF THE BEST. He ALWAYS greets me with a smile and truly lights up the room when I enter ! I had a great experience at myeyedr Wilton Manors. Dr. Shaffer has been my eye doctor for several years. The team there to include Lucas, GM and Charles, Glasses are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I would recommend myeyedr Wilton Manors to anyone.

I got them through email and have since been in contact with them. I remain waiting for their response, but am always available to speak with them.
