Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the second I stepped foot inside this MyEyeDr location, the receptionist’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and outright rude. There was no greeting, no professionalism — just hostility. When I began the check-in process, he demanded my physical ID. I had a wonderful experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. From the time I walked in to the time I left the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.
