I had broken those little feet on my glasses and Charles not only helped me out quickly and easily, but there was a line in front of me and he knew that my fix was really quick and he did it without even others knowing. So Charles was able to help everybody out and keep things moving and was exceptionally pleasant.
Kelly, Alex and Charles and Dr. Schaefer were wonderful. This is the only optometrist I use in florida. They never let me down.
