We love everyone in the office, except for the manager by the name of Lucas. He is just rude, never wanna help anyone, always having a tone on the phone, and Obnoxious. I highly suggest for him to have anger management training or maybe customer services is not for him. I will never bring my parents again to this location which is very upsetting.
