This place is amazing 😄 from the front desk to the Dr exam and Enrique helping me pick out my glasses, I would highly recommend this location.
This was one of my best experiences at the office of a medical provider. Suzi made me feel like family. And although Nicole is the store manager, she was truly kind and always made herself available to lend a helping hand to the staf. From the kind and warm welcome of the front desk staff to my actual visit with Dr. Reyes, who explained everything in wonderful detail with patience where I could understand, this was a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend My Eye Doctor Bolingbrook location!

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service This is now my second disappointing experience at this location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The first time I came here, my experience was so bad that I ended up receiving a full refund on my glasses and purchasing them elsewhere. Despite that, I decided to give MyEyeDr. another chance.
