I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I had an eye appointment that I scheduled on line. I received confirmation texts. I took time off work for my scheduled appointment. I arrived prior to my appointment and was told that because I did it on line the previous week someone else had already taken my time slot. Went their because my frames were rubbing a raw spot behind my ear. Lady worked on them before and supposedly corrected the issue. Lasted about 5 months. Now raw again. Went their on 03/21/23 lady told me there was NO way to adjust the frame I had. Hmmm....Any way I asked if I could get different frames or use my old ones. NO WAY. Hmmm...Arms were loose on my frame. Absolutely the WORST doctor’s office I have EVER encountered. They have postponed my appointment for 6 months, and they want to postpone it for an additional 3 months. Then when I say, this isn’t acceptable, they want to give me a snarky attitude. As if, I’m the one who is being unreasonable. What a worthless company. I will NEVER do business with these fools. I highly don’t recommend them.
I purchase a $700 prescription eye glasses supposed to be the best quality 2 months later have to go back because glasses had scratches wich they did offer another coat for extra $80 a year later the so call quality eye glasses are full with scratches don't go to myeyedr I have a waltmart prescription eye glasses for 8 years and those are much better than the ones myeyedr sold me BEWARE
Today I called to schedule an appointment with my eye doctor they placed me on hold off and on Over on hour for them to still not provide me customer service i am very disappointed with THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE Lack of care for new customer. I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS THIS EYE DOCTOR.
These people can't even get a simple pair of glasses correct there us no way on the world I turn them loose with a laser on my eyes. They are working on the third pair of glasses and the haven't been correct yet. The prescription the so called Dr wrote was wrong I can't imagine getting surgery on my eyes from this place. Do yourself a favor and take the time to find a different practice for you eye glass needs.
This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had getting glasses. I was lied to from the first phone call. Now almost 2 months later and I still don't have glasses. I call and made sure that they would be able to provide me with what I was looking for and was told they absolutely could and they have not and they are working on the third pair of glasses and they still will not be what I was told from the beginning I would get. Came in last Wednesday to look at some glasses and Alexis at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet! She helped me pick out some frames she thought would look good on me and helped me every step of the way! Her and Jameson made everything so easy! Really impressed with the focus on customer service here!
RUN, don't walk or skip away from this office. Dr Fuller was the rudest medical professional I have ever dealt with. Her unprofessionalism and the inability to properly introduce herself (Hi, I'm Lisa) along with sloppy wearing of black scrubs and tooo much eye liner (especially for an eye doctor). Her inability to take the time to read the former UNC eye physicians notes (I'm too busy and that's too small; I don't have time you will have to schedule in 4 months but I'll refill your drops).
