Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter last week. It took over 30 minutes to schedule the appointment with the receptionist- I had to repeat myself several times throughout the conversation because she didn't understand English very well. The appointment finally got scheduled for tomorrow and the receptionist just called to collect the information AGAIN!!! Do not waste your time with them!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about dr. Way and his staff! I have been going to him for the last 13 years! He has received a number of awards from the state for his excellence and professionalism along with achievements for his work with underprivileged kids in Houston and all around the world. I can personally attest to the fact that the doctors at Spring Klein Vision Center see children of all ages and disabilities. Dr. Way and Dr. Nelson would never turn away a child based on their disability. The reviews from yesterday must be based on a misunderstanding. The staff and doctors at this establishment are absolutely amazing!
