Strongly not recommended. This is the longest review i have ever written. For your sake, read it. Here is the reason why i give them 1 since half star is not available to choose. First, I had to wait one and a half hour to see the doctor even i had scheduled my appointment in advance and they was completely not busy at the time. Later, my fiancee came and talked to MELANIE. I love coming here! Dr.Glenz is an amazing doctor. I have seen him for several years now, and each and every time I leave 100% satisfied with my glasses! My optician was Melanie and she was very thorough. She went through all my options and the pricing for each and everything! Their frame selection is astounding. Every year they have something new. The whole staff is so nice and friendly. I won't ever take my business anywhere else!
My whole family has been coming here for about 4 yrs now. Dr.Glenz is awesome. The reason I gave it 1 star, it's because it's the lowest I can rate it. I purchased Oakley sunglasses, using my vision insurance, and paid the balance, after some sort of discount. The sunglasses was priced at $150 at their shop, and NO hard case included. When I got home, I searched it on Google and found that the Oakley sunglasses were only priced $90 at other optical shops and online. 2 days later, I went back to the shop to return my Oakleys.... read more
