Dr Glenz was very thorough I'm our exams. Enrique was a big help in selecting glasses for my husband and I. He also helped us save as much as possible. He's great!
The staff was friendly when I walked in and very knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had. Enrique did a great job giving me his opinion on glasses. I really needed it since the wide selection did not help my indecisiveness. Overall, good experience!
Excellent service...helpful staff and doctors
To make a long story short, Today's Vision Willowbrook misdiagnosed me and had me pay $650 for two sets of glasses and pay for a soft contact fitting that would not help. When I contacted Today's Vision to tell them only hard contacts would help me (after a second opinion) and to request my money back, they ignored me and did not refund my money. I have been to many places for my eyes. This however is an experience I won't repeat! I did the whole thing, exam, contacts ( 6mo supply), and a pair of glasses. Mind you the frames and lenses I got were among the cheapest offered at the store. 800.00 later I am shocked, no one told me of all the hidden stuff they were adding on to my bill. 95.00 for a contact fitting fee? Me and my family have been patients at today's vision willowbrook going on ten years now and I have never had any problems with them. the customer service is outstanding, the doctors are so very well educated and have awesome bedside manor, they have reasonabe prices, good quality merchandise. It's weird to me that you say your experience was so terrible the girls at the front desk are so sweet. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else!
the women who I guess worked there , they were behind the counter , were so engrossed in yapping and gossiping I had to aproach the one who was between word to ask a ?, No one even bother to get up and acknowledge me. I felt a general we dont give a care t attitude towards me. Zero customer service, would never do business with this locatiion. Willowbrook.
