Poor customer service, sales lady was very pushy! Never received a call back regarding a pair of glasses ordered, tried calling again and said manager would call back the next week and never did. Unimpressed and will not be going back!
I've never written an online review before, however, my experience with Aucello was so stellar this morning that I want to share. I broke my glasses yesterday (Saturday) and started a mad scramble to get an eye exam (had been over a year) and get new glasses. I have a trip to France in a week, only 6 days of old daily contacts to wear and horribly ugly / old backup glasses...
