I have not recommended any one this clinic mainly miamisburg Ohio location. Entire staff on this is very very rude. I have 4 to 5 time my schedule appointments and when go clinic they say dr not available. I have took off in office and go there. This time I have call in 2 day advance as I got emails form them. Email also I confirm before going. Now when I called them then on the call they say dr not available They never inform us. Now I asked to reschedule they schedule in after 1month and more. Excellent service - I was able to walk in and have my glasses shushed by the GM Sarah. Very easy and quick!
Drove 30min, hit traffic/got lost in parking lot and had to walk around building to other entrance (why have a giant sign by a door we can’t walk in?). I walked in at 9:07-9:08 for my 9am and was told they wouldn’t see me. One receptionist was nice about it but the other was pretty rude despite me not saying a word to her. My family has been going here for 10+ years when it was owned by a different company, sent multiple family/friends, will not be back. No 10min grace period is crazy, and you can at least be nice about it.
Sarah was extremely nice, patient and helpful!
