The staff at this location is amazing! There was a notification sent in error indicating my order was ready to be picked up. The staff took the time to find the cause (that was not the fault of anyone there), and did everything within their power to make it right. Cory helped me pick out my frames and I am in LOVE with them! He also hooked me up with higher quality lenses/frames and kept the cost low. Appalled at the level of professionalism here. My family and I have been coming here for over 4 years and thought today would just be a routine contact I exam. I arrived With my 10-year-old to a 10:00 a.m. appointment. When I checked in the young lady at the front asked the name of the person with the appointment. I gave her my child's name.
