Erica was amazing, knowledgeable, great customer service she needs a raise !!!
I wish I had the experience everyone else did. I booked months in advance, then waited an hour without being seen. When I asked about the wait, the staff apologized but wanted to know WHY I couldn’t continue to wait. When I went to the front desk to ensure my insurance wouldn’t be billed, I was told there would be a charge they don’t bill to insurance but hadn’t told me about.
