Originally founded by Dr. William Speakman in 1954, our practice has been a fixture in the Ashville communtiy for over 6o years. Drs. Mike and Julie have been the owners of the practice since 2007 at the original location of 317 Long Street. Viking Vision Center was moved to it's current location in August 2012. We love providing eyecare to the people of Ashville and the surrounding communities. We strive to provide the highest level of care and service to all who choose us as their eyecare providers.

It was great
Always courteous and quiet
Went here for the first time and the staff was so kind and patient. Very knowledgeable doctors and they made sure the experience was pleasant from start to finish. They even took extra time to help me find a pair of glasses I felt comfortable in.
Had the best experience with this place.. I highly recommend. Very affordable and the entire staff was wonderful! Thank you Taylor M. for the referral !!
I sat on my relatively new glasses, bending the frame , popping out both lenses and losing some screws. Extremely frustrated, I called the office and Kelly said bring them bye. In less than 10 minutes I was out the door with the same glasses that I thought were destroyed but were fixed perfectly. Thanks for being available!
