Great place! Rhett was amazing to deal with. He was professional, friendly and funny. Nice guy! The other 2 ladies at the front desk were efficient and very pleasant to deal with also. Highly recommend!
The gentleman is always helpful. Not so much with the ladies. Glasses are not normally there when promised. Don't get ph calls when promised. This office has really changed a lot

Seems to always be a problem with billing. First my insurance was charged for lenses and I never got lenses. Now charging my insurance for a covered item and apparently getting a denial because it’s not being submitted correctly. My insurance called the Westminster location to explain how to bill it correctly and someone there told insurance that they aren’t going to resubmit. I called the 1-800 number and they asked me how to bill it correctly, like I work for the insurance company.
