Made an appt online as they direct you to do, there is no place to enter the reason for your visit, I need to see if a cut on my cornea was getting infected, come to find out the doctor is virtual only that day and can’t do anything from virtual. There was no notice on site that it was virtual only that day, by the time I figured it out it was too late in the day to get any other appointments with any other ophthalmologist.
I have been going to My Eye Dr for many years. I have never had any issues with the service I received. Staff is friendly and polite.
Very happy customer! I had not been to the eye doctors in 8 yrs. Had no idea how much things have changed. I received top notch eye exam and my eye doctor took the time to show me everything.
