Had quite an unfortunate experience here and since I was not provided an email when I asked to give the feedback I need to do so here. Was referred to a specialist who didn’t even see the age group of the patient. They then made an appointment with another specialist that didn’t treat the condition because it was outside his scope of practice, thus referring me to yet another one and setting me back months. I had a routine eye exam with Dr. Ume. She was very pleasant to talk to. She actually took the time to update my prescription and review my previous exam results. I haven’t purchased glasses or lenses here (yet), so I can’t comment on that part, but the front desk staff were lovely!
Great service! Highly recommend!
My glasses were broken, and being in the area, I went to ask to see if they could help. Not only did they fix my glasses in less than 20 minutes, but they didn’t charge me. Good people and I’m grateful to have come across them!
