Glasses ordered 9/15. Glasses promised 9/30. Came in 10/12 to pick them up to discover they were incorrectly made and will have to be redone. Two MORE weeks. Unacceptable.
Stopped in to the Clarendon myeyedr after work to get help with swapping out lenses from a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses- after a failed attempt at the Ray Ban store in Georgetown. Brian the general manager swapped them out for me with no issues. He was super helpful and friendly! Excellent customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks Brian!
Sharmeen was very helpful, very relaxing experience
Dr. Ume and Sharmeen provided excellent service - my appt was on time, Dr. Ume was incredibly thorough and efficient, and Sharmeen helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. 10/10, I'll definitely go back!
I walked in to see if they could repair a lens that kept popping out. Daniel was so helpful and fixed it on the spot! Very friendly and professional.
