I had the most racist interaction at this location and I didn't even make it past the front desk employees. I had an appointment on 22MAR2024 at 9 am. I walked in greeted the front desk lady and gave her my ID, as she was checking me in, another person her name was Katie(a nonblack woman with extremely bleached blonde hair) she said as I asked her before leaving. This location has excellent service individuals who cared about my eyesight, and that is appreciated. I appreciate all of the individuals who work there the Doctor Who helped with my eye exam, and the lady who helped with my glasses in the individual there at the front desk is very knowledgeable of what type of glasses that I should have got pertaining to my cares, desires, and needs of my eyes, and Eyesight and the manager, there is very caring, and does her job very well as someone who cares about the needs of individuals.

I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked in a while, but the doctor made sure to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Emily, the manager, went above and beyond by personally helping me pick out my glasses. She made sure I was happy with my frame choices and even gave me great advice on which ones looked best on me. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place!
