Today I was very disappointed with my experience. I stopped by to have my new glasses adjusted and was told the wait would be about 15–20 minutes. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I was informed that they were too busy to help me and was asked to come back at 2:00 p.m. I completely understand that things can get busy, and I appreciate that. However, I wish I had been told that they would not be able to serve me before I waited for 40 minutes. That would have allowed me to plan my time accordingly. It was a very disappoint... read more

Service was incredible from start to finish. The eye exams were thorough, Dr. Burton took time to explain how all my health conductions could affect my eyes and gave preventative care solutions. Bonus, Emily crushed it with picking out frames and the right lenses!!
