The girls at the front desk were really nice and had a warm / welcoming smile. The optometrist was very nice and relatable as well and I was really confident in her expertise. The gentleman helping me find glasses was extremely detail oriented and really spent time making sure everything was perfect. All around great experience.
I love this location so much that I drive 2.5 hours to get there. They’re the kindest and most welcoming people. Dr. Burton-Zalar was lovely as always, and answered all of my questions. The manager, Emily, exceeded all of my expectations, and offered the most top notch customer service. I actually enjoyed the visit, and look forward to going every year! Thank you all so much for your fantastic customer service!
I can't say enough good things about this place & the staff. Friendly, helpful & straightforward. They were wonderful with my two kids with Autism.
The staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with. Ben is always patient and does his best to ensure you have the right style and fit. It is refreshing to see old fashioned good customer service is still practiced at this My Eye Dr location. I will certainly recommend your store to family and friends.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Reception is friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctors staff are professional and organized. Always going here for my eyecare needs!
