The staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with. Ben is always patient and does his best to ensure you have the right style and fit. It is refreshing to see old fashioned good customer service is still practiced at this My Eye Dr location. I will certainly recommend your store to family and friends.

I like the doctor and the selection of I wear. However, my first issue was last year when I went while I was looking at glasses. The gentleman that was helping me stepped away. Said he'd be right back with me to touch base with another customer and it took about 45 minutes for him to come back to me. I picked out my glasses and there was some issue. Me and my daughter have been going to another location of this practice just so we can been seen by Dr. Heather Burton, she moved from the Sterling location and we were not sure where she works and started seeing another doctor somewhere else and were not happy at all.
