Terrible experience. My daughter received an eye exam from the doctor - ok - prescription was significantly updated - fine- filled the prescription with new glasses. After a week of trying to wear them my daughter thought the prescription was too strong, so we asked for a recheck and made an appointment with the doctor specifically asking for a recheck. I have a mixed experience with this office. While the medical care is fine the administrative and sales side is consistently frustrating. The Pros Dr. Heather Burton: She is a fantastic optometrist. I have no complaints about the quality of care or her professional expertise. The Cons Administrative Issues: Scheduling and insurance verification are major pain points. My wife had an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience at myeyeDr. One Loudoun, and I feel compelled to share this as a warning to others. When my wife clearly stated that their contact lens prices were high and that she only wanted her prescription so she could purchase elsewhere, she was told that they would only provide the prescription if she purchased the contact lenses from them. I went to repair my sunglass it was a great and quick service by Emily. Such a Positive vibe on this location as well as all the staff are outstanding. I like to give emphasize Shivanshi, Sara, Kate and Allizera they are Awesome!! Also, Dr Ben he is very professional. Highly recommended this place .
