My husband fell and broke his glasses on his second day at a rehab facility in Sterling. I googled opticians near me and found an MyEyeDr. Walking in at noon (with no appointment!), I tolerate my panicked story to Philip, the manager on duty, and he IMMEDIATELY stepped in and took the broken glasses out of my hand. It only took a few minutes and they were returned in perfect condition--and NO CHARGE. What a nice man! What an organized, clean and efficient place! 💗💗💗
The gentleman working the evening shift of October 6th, Phillip, helped me out of an extremely inconvenient bind that he was in no way, shape, or form obligated to help me with. Yet he did anyway and I am incredibly grateful. Thanks so much to Phillip; I highly recommend this location!
I honestly loved it and much better than I was expecting 🙂. It was my first visit, made my appointment by phone really easy and no waiting or being on hold, on my appointment my mother and I entered( very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff and doctor, they explained everything and asked my permission for any doing it first, eye exam was very easy and doctor patiently and carefully finished all parts of eye exam showed me the results and pictures they took earlier than made me feel good when I learned nothing was wrong w... read more
