Everyone was super nice and helpful!
From the front desk to the very nice young lady that was doing my eye exam and the doctor was amazingly great and the girl that helped me with picking out my glasses was amazing. The whole damn staff was awsome.
Office Manager called and explained why the billing was different and made the appropriate adjustments. Surprise billing. They oversell you and tell you that your insurance will cover the costs. They don't enter the correct co-payments on the bills. You pay them in full when you order your glasses. A month later they send you an statement (with no information) for more than twice the amount they quoted and collected from you.
