I always have an amazing experience at this location. All of the staff (without exception) are so friendly and helpful, everyone is very knowledgeable, and they explain information clearly. I have seen multiple doctors who were all great. They also help you get the best deals you can based on your insurance, etc. I have been visiting them since I first needed glasses and will be a lifetime customer. They are the best!
I've been going to this My Eye Dr. location (Alpharetta, off Old Milton Pkwy) for years & have never had a problem. Wonderful team & office staff! They are always pleasant & so helpful. The front office ladies who have been there for years are top-notch & truly care about their customers. Thank you!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and today I had the pleasure of speaking with Francesca over the phone, who was able to get my daughter and I scheduled for back to back appointments! She also scheduled us in time to benefit from the current buy a pair of glasses get a pair of sunglasses 50% off promotion they have going on, which was incredibly kind of her! Our interaction was exceptional, and she was lovely the entire time..would highly recommend!
