Love the Alpharetta My Eye Doctor! The staff works well together and are kind and professional. I will continue to have my eye exams there and buy my frames there.
Dr. Marshall was great and thorough during the exam. My only issue was that I was not informed about the additional $39 charge for the retinal photo before the test was performed. The front office should be more transparent about costs and insurance coverage. Be sure to ask about any out-of-pocket charges before agreeing to additional testing.
I have been coming here for over a decade and the team always does a fantastic job. Between thorough eye exams and helping you pick out new frames, you are in great hands here.
I went to see if I could make an appointment at alpharetta branch off of 3975 Old Milton Pkwy . The general manager ALICIA PALMER who was sitting at the desk was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
