Poor customer service and they seem to think people have nothing better to do with their time then wait around.. They says they will call in a perscription and they don't . I thing the doctors are in qualified and make patients with real eye problems suffer. They only care about pulling in the bucks with sub standard care.

They are HORRIBLE about being on time. Almost always a 45 minute delay.
Get the years warranty for a one time payment of $ 22.00. If you have young ones with glasses it will be worth it.
Dr. Zalar was great and the eye exam was very good, but his staff wanted to upsell me on my lenses, and his staff was nice, friendly and helpful up to this point, but when I did not want the upsell lenses their entire attitude changed and they became very rude and short with me. Liked the doctor hated the staff!!
