Bilal was very helpful when I ordered new lenses for my daughter. And on the day of pick up, other staff in the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating almost at the closing minutes of the shop.
My daughter needed to update her contact lens prescription. The only easy thing was getting her an appointment. There is no in house doctor or technician, it is all virtual. Visit over and go to order the contacts, I am told it will be about 2 weeks and they will be shipped to me. I wait a little longer than 2 weeks and call to find out if they will be shipped home or do I have to go get them. I am told they are back ordered and will be 3-4 weeks but I can get a sample pair so she has them when she needs them. I wait another... read more

This review is long overdue. I called in on a random Saturday to see if they had any availability, and they just had a cancellation and were able to get us in. But what really blew me away was the absolutely incredible service we received at every step of the way. The gentleman who took my call was very kind, patient, and so genuine. When I arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly even with the very busy atmosphere.
