I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment in order to fill out paperwork. After waiting until 1047 (27 minutes after my appointment time), I told the desk that I was leaving and to throw away my papers. The lady next to me waited 45 minutes after her appointment time to be called back. I got my eye exam and contacts with myeyedr and was super happy with the service. Everyone was great and Dr. Kour was amazing! Elesse helped me order my glasses and helped me decide which ones looked the best. She was very helpful during the process! I enjoyed my time while there!
Went in with questions about services provided. I was greeted immediately, even with how busy the office was I didn’t feel rushed. Staff is very nice.
I've been a faithful customer of MyEyeDr. For over 10 years. This was my first time at this location and the only disappointment I experienced was the selection of highend frames (thus the reason I gave 4 stars).
