Best experience I’ve had with MyEyeDr! The staff were all kind and attentive. I arrived within the grace period and went through each process fairly quickly. They adjusted my contact prescription because my previous Dr. didn’t include everything needed for it. They also took my PD for accuracy bc they noticed the Drs. had changed it from my previous appointments. Everything was well with my insurance. It felt good to be cared for. Glad to have switched to this location.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at MyEyeDr. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, which was confirmed by the office on Monday. Then, on Tuesday, I received another call saying the doctor would not be available and that I needed to reschedule. The earliest they could offer was next month. I had already waited three weeks for this appointment and scheduled it for an important reason. Canceling last minute and pushing me another month out is unacceptable. Great customer service! I had an accident and my glasses broke. I came by and they took their time and were able to help me out and replace my glasses!
