I am extremely disappointed with the service at MyEyeDr. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, which was confirmed by the office on Monday. Then, on Tuesday, I received another call saying the doctor would not be available and that I needed to reschedule. The earliest they could offer was next month. I had already waited three weeks for this appointment and scheduled it for an important reason. Canceling last minute and pushing me another month out is unacceptable. Great customer service! I had an accident and my glasses broke. I came by and they took their time and were able to help me out and replace my glasses!
Dr. Singh was fantastic—thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!
Do not go here!!! If could give 0 stars i would. This eye doctor place is horrible!!!! When I was picking out my glasses the eye doctor was secretly recordings me ! Which is disgusting! I don't know why but after I pick out my glasses I paid for it. So I think she thought I was going steal it. Which is disgusting when I had no intention in doing that !
