I would give no stars if I could... My husband, age 67, cannot drive due to a seizure disorder. He has to take senior services or local Medicare transportation for appointments during the day as I work. These services are not always completely reliable as to exact timing, and he was 7 minutes late to his appointment today. The MyEyeDr in Martinsburg, WV refused to honor his appointment and said he would have to reschedule. They were extremely rude and will not be getting any repeat business.
Developed my first ever stye in the eye days after being seen by the optometrist at the MYEYEDR facility on Williamsport Pike in Martinsburg WV. Also they never notified me when my new eye glasses were ready to be picked up and I only found out once I called them after waiting over a month to hear from them. NOT a very happy customer!!!!
