Mandi at the MyEyeDr location on Conamar Dr in Hagerstown did a fabulous job today in helping me pick out frames and file a claim for me. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! Job well done Mandi.
Use caution when cancelling your appointment here. I called well in advance because I was not okay with using a remote doctor. When I found an in person doctor, in another city with another provider, I found out that these guys tried to charge my insurance for the visit and I was ineligible. Funny part is, I never ever set foot in this place. Anyways, the wonderful front office ladies at the other provider got it straightened out. So, yeah. Definitely double, triple check when you cancel here. Sus.
