If I could give 0 stars, I would !!! Because of the incompetency, of 1 woman in there, who has waited on me, since last year, and STILL I have paid for a pair of glasses, that I had to settle, on the frame, which I DO NOT LIKE !!! I, AGAIN, cannot see out of these, like every pair before them, that I have gone to pick up, EACH MONTH, of this year !!!! Showed up to pick up my glasses and there’s a sign on the door at lunch. Will return in 30 minutes who does that? I’ve never been here when there’s only been one person working and when you drive 9 miles away to pick something up this is what you get met with Really terrible way to run a business I won’t be using this place anymore. They could at least had a returning time… terrible.
Had a fitting issue with new glasses. I did not have an appointment but I was seen immediately and they not only adjusted my glasses but also recommended a larger nose piece to help stop the slipping. Such a friendly environment p
