This is one of those experiences where the people were great, but the process wasn’t my favorite. The staff in the office were kind, professional, and especially patient with my 11-year-old getting contacts which I appreciated more than they probably realized. But the remote exam setup was a bit of a struggle. I saw this doctor four months ago. I just moved to the area and I was trying to establish new eyecare. I’ve had the same prescription in my eyes for 20 years. He changed the prescription. He gave me a trial in the new prescription and I couldn’t see straight. I’ve tried calling for four months to let him know and talk to him about putting the prescription back. He called me back once about three weeks ago and said that he would order me a new trial in the correct prescription and I’m still trying to get a hold of the office ... read more
My eye appointment went very smoothly. I didn’t have to wait long to see a virtual doctor and Cheryl was amazing at helping me and answering all my questions 10/10 experience
Took my 9 year old daughter here for a yearly eye exam. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a My Eye Dr and we’ve been long time customers for 10+ years. The male doctor (who is at least 70 years old) started the exam by saying “if my daughter didn’t talk to him he’d end the exam and just take an early lunch”. Then proceeded to make comments to her such as “do you have a boyfriend? Because boyfriend’s cause headaches” and “when you’re a teenager all the girls will be jealous because you have such long beaut... read more
