I have been going to MyEyeDr for years, and just had my first most amazing experience at the one off of Dual Hwy in Hagerstown! First Jordan was so kind welcoming me in and Dr. Frishman was so knowledgeable during my exam and offered so many helpful tips! When checking out, April and DeVona were the sweetest people and helped me with anything I needed or had questions on! I will definitely return to this location every single time!!!
I arrive at the facility and was told to fill out some papers. I filled these out and asked to have them correct the spelling on my name (even though I spelled it out for them on the phone). I get to doctor chang, and we do my eye visit. To be honest, I have no reason to doubt the skillset or knowledge of this provider. But what has and does concern me is that they were not concerned with my previous records even though I offered to have them sent to the practice when I scheduled the appointment. I am from out of state and lost my glasses. They got me in in two days, did my exam, and ordered my glasses. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the experience was wonderful. Everything was explained in detail from the exam to the options for lens and the details of the bill. Would use them regularly if I lived here. Thank you!
