This isn’t the review I wanted to write, but here we are. I’ve been with MyEyeDr. for years and have always appreciated their consistency (until my most recent visit to this specific location). I inquired about a basic service that I’ve received before at other MyEyeDr. locations, and instead of being met with helpfulness or even a respectful explanation, I was spoken to in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner; not once, but twice, by different staff members. My fiancé and I came to this location about 15 minutes after opening time. Pulled on the door, realized it was locked. We looked inside and saw an employee staring at us. After standing around for a minute thinking maybe she needed to unlock the door, we got the message we weren’t wanted there and started walking back to the car. It has always been a pleasure to visit MyEyeDr at the Dual Highway location. The staff has always been extremely welcoming, friendly, and responsive. Also, special shout-out to DeVona -- she has been terrific in all of my interactions with her!
Provider does not seem very confident when you ask her questions, rushes you. Staff was making fun of an older man after he left , staff loud and rude not very professional looking either. Will nor be back. Really went downhill
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service!!! Very Unprofessional and So Uncourteous. I Will Never Ever Return to this site again which is so sad because I really liked the Dr. But the staff at the front is Terrible Terrible. If I could give a Minus Rating I would.
