Provider does not seem very confident when you ask her questions, rushes you. Staff was making fun of an older man after he left , staff loud and rude not very professional looking either. Will nor be back. Really went downhill
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service!!! Very Unprofessional and So Uncourteous. I Will Never Ever Return to this site again which is so sad because I really liked the Dr. But the staff at the front is Terrible Terrible. If I could give a Minus Rating I would.
I’d give zero stars if possible. My united healthcare insurance pays for an eye exam and they would not accept it.
I made an appointment at the Dual Hwy location and I’m glad I did. Lisa was awesome, greeted me initially, assisted me in filling out my paperwork, and taking pictures of my eyes. Dr. Chang was thorough with my eye exam and gave me good news about my eye health, and Shannon helped me fit into my new frames. Jordan at reception, had good energy and smiles! Great experience, came in with a tight budget and Caleb was great at finding frames. Caleb was also very patient with my son! Will only be using this location going forward!!
