They lost my daughter‘s glasses. My daughter wears Mira flex discontinued brand of glasses. Her old ones were run over so we had to purchase a new pair off of eBay a pair that is very hard to find. I handed over my daughter‘s glasses so that the lenses could be filled and when I get a text that they are ready I am told they have been lost. I have TRIED to go about this the right way but I am absolutely fed up. Do NOT go to this location. You will have problems and they will give you the run around. Twice I have ordered designer glasses (3 pairs). All three glasses came in damaged and were displays despite me asking if I was being given displays and being told no. This time the frames and lens came badly scratched and the side decals were extremely loose to the point of almost falling off. I simply stopped in to have the temples of my eyeglasses tightened. I am out my eye doctor customer, but that’s all I needed. I appreciated the prompt service and the help I needed with my glasses. Thank you.
Rushed appointment and seems they are more focused on selling than customer service.
I ordered a pair of glasses from here a month and a half ago… I have not received any calls about whether or not they’ve come in and when I call, no one answers. I leave a message, and no one returns my call. The customer service was terrible. But I was looking forward to a fresh pair of glasses, so I overlooked that. But now I’m frustrated that I just cannot reach anyone to find out if the glasses have come in and will likely have to go in person with the risk of walking away empty handed. Avoid this place!
