I was very happy with my visit. Everyone on the staff is welcoming and helpful.
Dr way always takes his time explaining things
The office seemed understaffed. Had to wait a long time to pay and leave.
I unfortunately had a disappointing experience here. I took my glasses in with the hopes of having them bent slightly to fix a curve that was causing visual distortion. Because I had gotten the frames elsewhere (but got the lenses through MyEyeDr), I am protective of the frames since I love how they look but know they cannot be replaced by this store if damaged. I asked if I could have them heated up and then adjust them myself. I would have happily signed a waiver saying they would have no liability if I broke them. However... read more
