The office seemed understaffed. Had to wait a long time to pay and leave.
I unfortunately had a disappointing experience here. I took my glasses in with the hopes of having them bent slightly to fix a curve that was causing visual distortion. Because I had gotten the frames elsewhere (but got the lenses through MyEyeDr), I am protective of the frames since I love how they look but know they cannot be replaced by this store if damaged. I asked if I could have them heated up and then adjust them myself. I would have happily signed a waiver saying they would have no liability if I broke them. However... read more
Dr. Wey and staff do an excellent job of taking care of your eyes !!
Just called there to get an appointment for an eye exam, they took my insurance. Checked it out. Said it was covered in full, went to make the appointment for later on this afternoon. Set up the appointment and then they said there would be a $44 charge to take a picture of my eyes, what? B******* the old bait and switch? Had they led off with this in the beginning I would have went, but I don't like the underhandedness or the deceitful manner in which the lady behind the telephone delivered the message.
