Just called there to get an appointment for an eye exam, they took my insurance. Checked it out. Said it was covered in full, went to make the appointment for later on this afternoon. Set up the appointment and then they said there would be a $44 charge to take a picture of my eyes, what? B******* the old bait and switch? Always have had a pleasant experience here. I have used them for years and found everyone there friendly and knowledgeable.
Went to my appointment the other day after providing insurance information via their email link. Front desk tried for 45 mins to call my insurance while I was already there to confirm. The woman helping me was nice, but ended up not confirming my insurance and I couldn’t keep my appointment. They told me I could pay out of pocket. I told them no.
