I have an Australian cattle dog mix. He's big and playful, sometimes gets rowdy with big dogs but isnt aggressive. The groomer said he was dog aggressive and stressed in a kennel. i just needed him bathed and nails cliped, im handicapped so its hard for me. She didn't wash him well, he still smelled dirty. She called for us to pick him up early and he was soaking wet. She accused him of bitting another dog and he doesn't have a bite record and never has since i adopted him. The staff was not helpful at all!!! They had no knowledge on the product I was asking for!!! I walked around the store for 15 minutes with no offer of assistance!!! I will not be returning for any purchases!!! I'm surprised you're not closed yet!!!
