We've been My Eye Doctor customers for a lot of years, with this location for 4 1/2 years. Dr. Pierce is a good doctor but works one day a week. So we scheduled with the other doctor. That doctor left and no one bothered to reschedule our appointments. We took time off work for these appointments. For the past week, My Eye Doctor has been sending confirming emails and text messages. This was the last straw. We have always had issues with this office. Eyeglasses not done correct. Dr. Khan. Is absolutely wonderful. Great staff and received my glasses in a week.
