Recommendedim not sure why all negative reviews but my experience was awesome!!! doctor Caitlin Davis was topnotch!!! they did a complete exam and I felt it was very Thorough!!!!. after all done I was one on one with some body to pick out the glasses, Laura was fantastic she recommended everything thing I needed. she said she had been there 30 years, and I see why she was super professional!! by the way this is the racine location... I give this place a A++++
I’ve been a patient here for years and until now would have said “Yes” to if I would recommend this office. I have always had very good service. However, that has now changed. I was told that even with a Dr note saying you are exempt from wearing a mask you will still not be seen per company policy. I reminded her that this is an ADA violation and I can report them. She did not care if I report them. They aren’t changing their policy. Bullies with power is a scary society to live in.
I just bought lenses for my glasses ( clear, as well as Sunglasses) and was taken for a ride as far as my insurance coverage. Last yea, I got coverage for most of my 2 pair of lenses, out of the 299.00 maximum coverage, and I paid. This yaer, the lady, without notifying me, only put one of the lense pairs into the insurance coverage. It ended up the insurance only paid $173.40 and I paid 251.00 for the dark lenses, with NOTHING being paid by my insurance. So PLEASE be very careful while doing business with those people.
I was traveling from out of town and my glasses broke...went to myeyedr at Parker farm rd in Wilmington NC and received excellent service from the reception people and from Kristine Smith who did an excellent job in repairing my glasses...thanks so much really appreciate it....bob Martin
I got fleeced at My Eye Doctor I got an eye exam which was wonderful and needed 2 pairs of lenses. I had my own designer frames that I was happy with. I paid over 800.00 for two pairs of lenses and an exam. When my lenses arrived the tech broke my frames and quickly presented me with a waiver for responsibility. I was then presented with a frame that my lenses would fit and was informed that I could purchase the frame at half price. Dr. Jackson has been seeing my family for years and he's the best! He's so kind and compassionate! Christine is amazing and always goes above and beyond! Love them!
