Currently standing in the cold with an infant being told I can’t get my glasses (which are already paid for) because I didn’t make an appt. NOTHING in the text message nor the email say to make an appt. “Your glasses are ready for pick up”. That’s it. So I came to pick them up. Now being shooed away. Now I have to find a new eye doctor after years of being a patient here and drive 30 minutes home only to pack up my kid and drive back in a few hours.
Recommendedthey were very good and very friendly to my daughter. they did a very intensive eye exam on her and explained everything. I will be going there again and making this the place my family goes to.
