The exams and everything are fine. Went today to order my contact lenses and they can’t find my contact prescription in the system. I paid out of my pocket for that exam and the most they could do for me is tell me the manager will give me a call on Monday. Really? I’m very annoyed.
Told me glasses would be back in 7 days, now 9 days no glasses and Sarah said she was too busy to check and would not commit to call back. I called customer service in Virginia & they don't answer only voice mail. Would never do business with this establishment.
Great staffs awesome customer services. I love taking my kids here. Eye Express thank you :-)
