The experience I had at this location was beyond amazing. The employees were very, very pleasant compassionate on point. I had an amazing experience. The eye doctor was beyond amazing the general manager she’s a blessing those employees there are beyond amazing. I hope this company appreciates them because this is the location, though that I will continue to come and send everybody that I do know to come to this location. I’ve never seen some service like this in all my life at an optical. Or eyeglass place very professional

Thank you to the staff at the Ridgefield MyEyeDr, Dr. McGeary, Kelly & Rachael. Not only were they all kind and helpful but they were extremely thorough & knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this office and will return in the future for all my eye needs!
Whoever is answering the phone today needs to go through some training cause calling customers "doll" in a condescending matter, hanging up after telling the needed info through their teeth isn't the level of the customer service I expect from my eye Dr.
