From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was exceptional. The staff was amazing and truly went above and beyond. I have social anxiety, and every single person made me feel comfortable and at ease, which means more than I can say. Dr. K was great—respectful, patient, and thorough. Kevin was also incredibly patient and understanding. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and professional eye care.
They gave me the wrong glasses that i chose. I chose a light brown frame and they gave me a gray green frame. The paper that said what i chose said brown and i told them about it and they didn’t care and gave me the wrong ones.
