They gave have me the wrong prescription for my glasses and try to send me to another location because my insurance is not being excepted there no more which makes no sense on how to resolve the issue of my glasses and the lens are popped out not placed properly.
The doctor is great. And the gentleman that helps you pick out frames is wonderful. However, the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They could use training in manners and good customer service.
I had my eye exam here a few days ago and everything went very well. I asked so many questions and no one ever made me feel bad for doing so. Everyone was helpful, from the receptionists to the doctor (WHO IS AMAZING) and finally to the person who helps with glasses and ordering. Everyone was super sweet and friendly. I believe that as a patient, we also have to give them respect the same way we expect it back. I’m going back soon to order my lenses.
All are very professional and knowledgeable. I am very comfortable working with the optometrist. Found comfortable glass frames.
