Excellent service! Dr. was informative and answered all my questions. Danyel was awesome in helping me select glasses.
Dr. Coccia was very kind, attentive, and personable. I laughed through the entire appointment. Their process seems efficient and I was pleased with my experience. I decided to get frames from elsewhere and they made it easy for me to get my prescription lenses handled.
Jeff and the rest of the front desk staff make this corporate strip mall eyecare place feel like a locally owned mom & pop business. Thomas Coccia and the other exam staff are all personable and know their stuff, but the people up front are what took this place from good to great for me.
Doctor is fine but the front desk is truly so INCOMPETENT. Like it’s shocking how many years in a row they’ve messed up my glasses order.
