I had a really frustrating experience at this office. I called ahead to confirm the location and was told the wrong office, which made me 15 minutes late. When I arrived, the place was completely empty, yet they still refused to see me. On top of that, the bald man with glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t able to get my contacts because of their mistake—not mine. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Do better guys. This office is trash. Definitely lack of communication.

Every person at this practice provides exemplary service and care. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 40 years and no other practice compares.
My post seems to have been disappeared. The filing and general manager trying to fix my insurance is making me lose my benefits for a year. I was the director of accounting for a company that both sold and managed franchises. If the software you are required to use prohibits you from fixing my problem, I’ll be happy to contact the owner of that franchise for my reimbursement.
