Pleasant people, ridiculously bad care. Was given incorrect prescription on my first visit. I was told to "give it a week" to adjust. Obviously no improvement so they have me a second eye exam at which time I told the doctor NOT to change the prescription in my right eye and that I had double vision in my left eye. He changed the prescription for my right eye anyway, so next glasses were even more useless, and he told me he "wasn't concerned" about the double vision which was absolutely ridiculous! I have always gotten the best care at My Eye Doctor in Mt Pleasant with Brad Majors, as well as with his staff. Today was no exception… I came in with broken frames, and Bri was quick to work her magic and I walked out with a new set of frames! I can highly recommend this office!
I really recommend this place all the staff are so nice and helpful the moment you walk they greet you pleasantly makes you feel comfortable right away everything in the facility is clean wich is a plus !!.. had the very best experience
I love Dr. Gohmann she is the best. Everyone in the office was so friendly. I can’t wait to go back ;)
