Poor customer service. I went in for a routine eye exam and initially from being assisted to completing the exam I had a pleasant experience. However when it was time for me to leave, the sales staff were very pushy and were attempting to persuade me to purchase a Ray Bans model that I did NOT want. Very disorganized. They lost all my paperwork and never called me to tell me my lens were not being made. After three weeks I called three times. No calls were ever returned. Very unprofessional. I will not be back.
