I’ve been a customer since 2018 and I’ve always received exceptional service and support. When picking up frames today, an issue arose, but, Deasia (EC) and Angela (GM) went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They identified the issue and went into problem solving mode immediately. I walked away feeling valued and respected as a customer.

My doctor is excellent and always provided outstanding care. However, when I came in to look at the glasses, I often felt watched by some of the front desk staff—as if I was going to steal something. That made me very uncomfortable. I’ve even heard a similar experience from a neighbor, which made it clear this wasn’t just in my head. Because of that, I’ve decided to switch doctors. I have zero tolerance for this behavior.
