My doctor is excellent and always provided outstanding care. However, when I came in to look at the glasses, I often felt watched by some of the front desk staff—as if I was going to steal something. That made me very uncomfortable. I’ve even heard a similar experience from a neighbor, which made it clear this wasn’t just in my head. Because of that, I’ve decided to switch doctors. I have zero tolerance for this behavior.
Everyone here was incredibly helpful, kind and positive. I interacted with almost everyone because of how engaging they are. I didn’t wait long, the place is clean and they explained everything as exams were done. Wonderful experience !
It was my first visit to my eye Dr in Silver Spring .I needed to repair my eyeglasses and a staff named Antonio was so friendly to me and he fixed them immediately . It was a very positive experience.
Thank you Antonio, you were such a huge help and I had an awesome visit.
