I took my son for an eye exam and glasses and found the entire team to be helpful and knowledgeable. Great with kids and providing options. Very timely and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
I went in to get contact lenses and hoped to get some orientation on the matter. Boy, was I wrong. I’m not familiar with US contact lenses prescriptions and showed my prescription to the clerk. I have used several brands of contact lenses in the (not near) past, such as Acuvue and Oasys… The lenses I’ve bought were pretty standard. Clearly, it is not the case in the US. Been a long time customer. Steadily going downhill. Had to return my new glasses three times to get it right with the lenses. Now they’ve canceled two annual exams over a two month period. Clearly, management problems and staffing problems. Not reliable.
