Last year, I made an appointment with MyEyeDr at the Canton location. Their customer service was maybe a 5 out of 10 at best. I was supposed to receive a refund for contacts I exchanged. It took about 6 calls and three months to receive the refund. My messages always “got lost” and staff acted inconvenienced on numerous occasions. Not a good first impression. Over a hour past my apptment time.
I missed my appointment. Ok, part was my fault, too busy to check my calendar. But there was no remind phone call ahead of time and no follow-up call for missing my appointment. My right eye was blurry for a while. Dr. missed it in last year (2015) annual exam. My right eye had floater (looks like black spider floats with web/thread) on 12 July 2016 during the office hour.
