At first, everything seemed fine — the staff was friendly, and I felt confident my husband and I were receiving good care during our visit in May 2025. Came in to ask some simple questions/look at brochures, etc, after buying a very decent pair of glasses here a few years ago. Staff was super standoffish--wouldn't even answer simple questions without the whole nine yards insurance/appointment/prescription settled. Literally every other shop I've talked to in the area has been very helpful with exactly the same request, and the glasses options here just weren't that special to warrant the attitude. I'll take my business somewhere else.

My first time at this MyEyeDr was one year ago, during which I was given the wrong prescription. I returned on July 17th of this year and was given an updated (and hopefully correct) prescription. The Dr. was nice but my glasses are in limbo a month later and I can’t get ahold of anyone at the store or receive an update on when they will be in and my online account doesn’t have an update either.
