I bought glasses here December 2025. During vacation two screws fell out of the sides that held them together. There was obviously no abuse of the glasses. I took them to MyEyeDr today 3/27/26 to have them repaired. The lady at the first desk took them to the back and said she didn’t have the right screws. Then she said since I didn’t purchase insurance for them that there was nothing she could do. She offered to sell me a new pair for 40% off. I told her absolutely not.
