After multiple emails asking to confirm my appointment, leading me to a page each time that said "Your appointment is confirmed", when I got there they had cancelled my appointment because allegedly I hadn't confirmed. No phone call, just automated emails taking me to a site saying I was confirmed. That was after standing around for five minutes waiting for someone to even look at me. I had a great experience at this eye specialist office. Joy welcomed me on my first visit and helped me choose the right glasses with her wonderful team. The eye specialist who examined me was also excellent. Truly a place of excellent service!
Everyone is very professional and good patient care services are amazing. I always enjoy meeting with my eye care physician here and I love how close it is to my home. My only issue is the cost for glasses and contacts. I always feel like I have to pay a car note or mortgage payment to get corrective lenses or contacts that I need. I get that may not be the fault of the company and medical insurance doesn’t always cover a lot but whew!
