I had a great experience with the optometrist—thorough, professional, and personable. However, my experience with the sales staff, particularly the woman assisting me with glasses, was extremely disappointing. She was demeaning, dismissive, and condescending throughout the interaction. She refused to explain things clearly and treated me with an obvious lack of respect. I went for an annual exam, checked in. They asked if I was using insurance Yes. After checking in I was called for my exam. All went well. I was then sent to a glasses tech for payment and to see if I wanted glasses. Nope. I was then told, and this is the only time, that my I insurance won't pay for another 10 days. Meaning I was early, since my exam last year, according to my insurance. So if I came in 10 days from jie, my insurance pays. Eye doctor wants $99 for the exam!
