I had been a patient for over three years and always pleased. With the recent front desk changes, the customer service, or lack there of, has diminished and reached an all time low. It was so bad, I walked out...never to return. The young woman was so busy pushing paper that she forgot that I am actually the patient (customer) and it is people like me that ensure she has a job.
