I love how friendly the staff is there! Dr. Jessup is so attentive and makes sure we are happy with our glasses/contacts and makes us feel that our satisfaction is very important to him. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jessup for over 20 years and now bring our children! We tried another eye doctor years ago strictly due to location (we live in Hermitage), but quickly found out Dr. Jessup's care was worth the drive! He really is an excellent Optometrist! We love him and his staff and know you will too!
Dr Jessup and his staff are sincerely kind people who want the best for their patients. Their professionalism, knowledge, and care for providing the best eye care is top notch!
It's the most non-professional place I've dealt with in years when they are taking your money it's all good then when you're not satisfied with the product and just want your money back no hassle like advertised it's looks like it's going to take a act of God to get back what is rightfully yours!!!!! I'm not the first person to experience this with this company and I'm certain that I'm not going to be the last...�
