My eye doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and listen to my concerns, making me feel completely reassured and cared for. I felt so comfortable with her. I actually just realized I saw her two years ago as well, and she was just as wonderfully kind back then. I ended up with her this time by chance due to a scheduling issue, but going forward, I only want to schedule my appointments with her. When I find a doctor this great, I stick with them. The absolute best customer service I've encountered before. The staff was so helpful and genuinely cared about my needs. Can't thank them enough. If you're looking for an eye doctor, look no further! If I could give them 100 starts I would, it rare to find customer service like theirs these days.
The manager of this establishment is a great human being. He is a service oriented man who is eager to help and make sure that I was satisfied with my visit.
