My 1st time going to this location and everyone is super friendly! Looking for frames is a difficult task for me since I’m indecisive but Sam helped me so much! He took his time and helped me look for frames. He went above and beyond to help me find something that I will love. Huge thank you to Sam for being patient and helpful!
Everybody working here is super friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable, and you can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for an eye doctor!
They fit us in same day, within 30 minutes of calling, for a kindergarten eye exam. All the staff were amazing with kids and made it an enjoyable experience for my 5-year-old. We didn't need glasses but it looked like they had a good selection. Would definitely go back for any eye exams and eyewear needs!
Well.. The staff was great when ordering glasses - they did push for lots of upgrades (and I did buy a few ) but that's ok, just made it quite expensive at the end.. Fine this probably meant better frames/glasses. Glass came, a few short month later, wit h very light use, a side just separated. Went to store for fix... Basically got "oh well, too bad, so sad, yes they are broken". Told me: "must have sit on it or deep abuse" ..they were not: I saw them basically break from taking glass off!
