I have gone to the Rx Optical team in GRANDVILLE for 5-6 years. It was okay in the. first year but the last few years, I basically HAD to continue to recieve my contracts! That's RIGHT, YOU CANNOT ORDER A NEW BOX THE NEXT YEAR,,just Because You need them, even if you not having problems!!!! Dr. David Wilson is simply the best! My husband, my two sons, and I have been going to him for over 10 years, and we all agree—he is an amazing optometrist. I had an appointment at Mr. Eye Doctor on Wayne Ave. Chambersburg. Mr. Wilson and his staff were friendly and professional. They couldn't have treated me any better. The Associate Miranda who helped me with understanding of my bill, helping pick out the right frames. I can't say enough about this young lady. She was five star professional. The doctors are nice but the folks who sell the glasses nickel and dime you without any explanation. They order the wrong colored frames for my daughter and when I called them to speak, no one answered. i see why folks are flustered that My Eye Dr took over the practice.
While visiting Stowe, I broke oneof the nose pads on my glasses. As we were passing by, we stopped in to see if they could replace it without being too expensive. The optometrist (didn't get his name) replaced both and adjusted the glasses - with no charge. Very kind of them!!
Dr. Thompson very nice and accommodating. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Went to Laporte Indiana MYEyeDr. Location. Will not be back. Dr Esposito was nice and Great. Yet Selection of glasses that I or WE who have Medicare and are on disability and Medicaid as a secondary cannot afford there so-called Frames to choose from are SLIM,, being on a fixed budget stinks and the 2 ladies working at the front desk, didn't try to help at all, I was explaining to them how I got a discount last year and they would not even budge...to try and help me, didn't care that I didn't have any extra money or bother t... read more
