Came in for replacement lenses for my glasses. The lenses were cut wrong and would not fit my frames. 5-7 business days on the turnaround for those lenses, so add another 5-7. Mistakes happen , so I kindly asked if there was any kind of small discount for a future purchase that could be offered to remedy the mistake. None was offered by the manager on duty , and when asked what his stores customer satisfaction policy regarding discounts , he informed me that his manager above him would be angry at him for offering such a dis... read more

People were awesome, even on a SNOW DAY! Dr. Hillsgrove and Taylor especially were great.
Great experience from intake to exam with Dr. Hillsgrove and then to glasses selection with Gladys and Taylor! They listen and are invested in helping the patient. Thanks to this fantastic team!
