Go somewhere else. If you want clear, crisp vision, do not give this establishment business. (This is a really a zero rating.) My optometrist is on maternity leave so I gave them a try. Two attempted prescriptions later (in an effort to allow them to get it right) I have better distance vision without this prescription. If I could give this company a zero, I would. THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON THEIR PART FOR ANYTHING! First, the practice in Durham gave me an RX that was several steps too strong, so not only can I not see well, I am dizzy and nauseous all the time. Came in for replacement lenses for my glasses. The lenses were cut wrong and would not fit my frames. 5-7 business days on the turnaround for those lenses, so add another 5-7. Mistakes happen , so I kindly asked if there was any kind of small discount for a future purchase that could be offered to remedy the mistake. None was offered by the manager on duty , and when asked what his stores customer satisfaction policy regarding discounts , he informed me that his manager above him would be angry at him for offering such a dis... read more
