I am SO done and frustrated with BA EYE SITE. i loved them til recently.. 3 weeks ago i called because my 9 year old broke his glasses and they are under warranty. They said they ordered what was needed to get them fixed and it would be in within 3 business days. 3 weeks later and still no fixed glasses. I have called about 6x now and they still have yet to figure out why it hasnt came in yet. They know he is having headaches and having a hard time at school without them. Absolutely LOVE this place! The level of care is remarkable! Our daughter walked out after receiving the CORRECT script for her glasses and literally busted out into tears of joy! Our son just received his first pair of glasses and LOVES them! The quality of care, time taken with each kiddo and myself, & overview of cost to best fit our needs and wants is amazing! Thank you so much to Dr. Ozment and your patience with each kiddo and Mary for explaining everything so well and helping us get the best. Y'all are amazing!
It took me many years and many different Optometrists to find a good one. I've been a patient for 3 years.
I had an appointment last Friday, was told my glasses should be in on Tuesday. Called Wednesday after not hearing anything and was told there was an issue with the lenses and they had to be sent back, hopefully they'd be in Friday. Called today and was told they'd let me know if my glasses came in. Finally got the call and a little after one I took my lunch and headed from downtown tulsa to south broken arrow to pick them up.
